Peak Petroleum Industries Nigeria Limited (PPINL), is a private wholly owned Nigerian Indigenous Petroleum Exploration and Production Company. The Company was incorporated on 26 February 1992 with its registered office at No. 108 Abibu Adetoro Street, off Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island Lagos.

During 2005, we were able to commence the Field Development activities in OML 122. A semi-submersible drilling rig, the Bulford Dolphin operated by Fred Olsen Energy, was mobilised from the Gulf of Mexico to commence drilling in the Bilabri Field.
